Leigh is an experienced M&A and corporate finance adviser with more than 18 years advising founders, shareholders and acquirers. She has completed 100+ transactions across buy-side and sell-side M&A, with deep experience advising privately owned and founder-led businesses.

Before founding G&G, Leigh was a Director at Morgan Shaw Advisory, leading private company transactions across multiple sectors. She previously held senior roles with EY and Citibank in New York and Toronto.

Leigh brings a commercial, pragmatic and highly engaged approach to every transaction. She works closely with clients, focuses on the issues that matter and stays directly involved from the first conversation through to completion.

Alvina has more than 18 years of experience across M&A, corporate development and financial services in Australia and the UK. She has extensive experience across buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a strong focus on advising privately owned and founder-led businesses.

Before founding G&G, Alvina was an M&A Director at Morgan Shaw Advisory, leading private company transactions across multiple sectors. She previously advised on public and private M&A at Latimer Partners and held senior roles with Commonwealth Bank and KPMG in Sydney and London.
